Megamind Plus China – Terms & Conditions
1. Service Agreement
By submitting this application, you engage Megamind Plus China ("Company") to provide study abroad consultancy services for studying in the People's Republic of China.


2. File Opening Fee
A file opening fee of BDT 10,000 is applicable per application. An initial registration fee of BDT 1,000 is required to confirm your slot. The remaining BDT 9,000 must be paid within 7 calendar days of initial registration.


3. Refund Policy
The registration fee of BDT 1,000 is non-refundable once paid. In the event of university rejection not attributable to the applicant's misrepresentation, the remaining balance may be partially refunded at the Company's discretion.


4. Document Authenticity
The applicant certifies that all documents and information submitted are genuine and accurate. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.


5. Scholarship Guarantee
The Company assists in applying for scholarships but cannot guarantee scholarship awards, as final decisions rest with the universities and Chinese government bodies.


6. Communication
The Company may contact you via phone, WhatsApp, and email for application-related communications.


7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under Bangladesh jurisdiction.
